Urban Vinyl Flooring started in 2014 with a specific gap in mind. UAE homeowners and contractors had access to flooring suppliers, but transparent specification, honest pricing, and dependable installation were rare. Most flooring projects in UAE villas and apartments suffered from one of three problems: inflated pricing without itemized breakdowns, brand confusion (premium brand claims with generic product), or installation shortcuts that caused failures within months.

Every installation we complete is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty in writing, in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty. If a workmanship issue arises within 2 years (lifted seams, gapping, click-lock failure caused by our installation), we return at no charge to assess and repair.
